I disagree. The cladogram does not even include extinct orders. But if you simply include the birds, you still have a solid Clade called Reptilia. The headline should read.... "Extra extra, read all about it. Birds are reptiles." But wait, birds are dinosaurs, dinosaurs are reptiles therefore birds have been reptiles since the early 90's at least.
