Iydalnoom
Hi, I found this on a sandbank in the middle of the Old Man River in Lethbridge, Alberta. On the same sandbank we found ammolite. Is this just a rock or could it be bone? It is very heavy It is porous
Troodon
Welcome to the forum. Lots of cretaceous marine animals in that area. To help in the ID your photos were too small to see the detail. Can you retake larger images and include all sides. In addition can you give us some measurements so we can get an idea of size.
Iydalnoom
Hi Troodon, I will definitely do so and re-post the pics soon!
Fossildude19
I took the liberty of enlarging and cropping the pics. Doesn't look like bone to me, but Wait for some other opinions.
