jpc
Florida Venice Jaw piece? image.jpg Bird? image.jpg Ivory? image.jpg sometimes ya just gotta say..."I have no idea what this piece is from" although I am curious as to why you think the first one is a piece of jaw. JohnJ
T-rex, I merged your two topics containing the same fossils to maintain the continuity of the discussion. jpc is right; sometimes pieces are not identifiable. The human mind has the ability to believe anything is true. - JJ
tmaier
I got so frustrated with trying to figure out the Venice bones that I created this Victorian display that I call the "Bony Bits Jar". I have many more boxes of stuff like this. Some are identifiable, and most are not. Every now and then I dump them out on the table and wonder if I could assemble some new critter out of them.
