Beach Find From The Hague, The Netherlands

I found this small fossil on the beach at The Hague, the Netherlands, in between a bunch of shells. As you can see, it's pretty small (about 2 cm).

Does anyone know what it is? Thank you!

It looks like a nice little button coral... perhaps Hadrophyllum sp.

Here's a photo of a fossil barnacle basal plate attached to a pecten. It has been abraded quite a bit but you can still see some of its structure.

I'm convinced by barnacle plate, it doesn't look right for a coral although the resemblance is remarkable..
