Woodbine Ammonites

Recommended Posts

Over many years I have collected quite a few different species of cephs from the woodbine this is one type that is unusual.

I will post different cephs on this thread and give some overall as to what I tthink I have.

If there is any difference "identification" in what I have then by all means please let me know.

Here is the first specimen.

Both about the size of a half dollar1.4 "

Definitely a good resource. Kennedy and Cobban also have a publication that covers the Britton and Arcadia Park formations. I don't have a link for it, unfortunately only a hard copy. It's quite useful as well.

Sounds like something I would like to read.

These two strata and the woodbine are my favorites.
