I love learning about the origins of life so I was delighted to have finally procured my first Ediacaran fossil, Nemiana simplex. I got a surprisingly good deal on it, but it took about a month to get (ordered it 1/1). But it's finally here and well worth the wait! Comes from Khmelnytskyi, Ukraine, but I'm assuming the exact locality wasn't provided since Precambrian fossils are so hard to come by. Anyway, I thought you would be interested to update the old taxonomy and read this excellent new paper. Congrats on acquiring a great example!
