Yes indeed, seems to be a gastropod! Maybe hormotoma?

So it is a very common fossil, isn't it?

An internal cast of a gastropod in which sediments get into the empty chamber and follow the spiral down to the tip. Maybe common, but it's a nice one!

Yeah I love it! It is the only fossil I found in 5 days of hike in this region. It was somehow off the track, while hiking a steep hill under the rain.

Looks more like tylosoma to me...turritella are usually narrower with a narrower base...
