aagreene
Hi everybody, I went down to Flag Ponds Saturday morning and met a really nice guy who took the time to answer a bunch of questions I had and show me some new hunting techniques. In addition to hunting there a lot, I think he also works at Flag Ponds. He mentioned a bunch of you on this forum, and I'm sure a lot of you know him..I think his name was either Steve or Scott. Anyway, on to the reason I'm writing. The guy I mentioned above handed me something he called, I think, a tilly bone? I think I've got the right term here. I did some searching on the net, and on this forum, and learned a little bit more but can someone give me a better idea of what exactly a tilly bone is? The following is a link to a photo of the item in question on my Flickr site (it's a bit dark but I think you can make it out): http://www.flickr.com/photos/aaronrgreene/3324576542 Thanks, Aaron
