Anybody willing to share pictures of fossils and minerals found in and around Tooele County? Maybe swap localities via PM?

I haven't collect in Tooele County, but I will be doing a rock and fossil show there the last week in September. Maybe I'll see you there.

trilobite tim

Hi,

There are Cambrian fossils out in the Silver Island Mnts, just above the salt flats. Nearer would be Stansbury Island, eastern side, again Cambrian. Both locations are sparse, but they are there.

Too bad Utah Fossil HunterI didn't see you at the Tooele Rock show.

I did get a few trilobites in Delta at the Bug House. A lot of interesting country off the interstate.

Trilos? Are they the glossopluera pieces I've heard about or do you have some specimens you've found?

I was quite disappointed when I found out I missed the show. Bummer. Next time then. :( Edited by UtahFossilHunter
