I found this image on the internet:

What is this where I've inserted the red arrow? Some sort of fabric used to repair the tooth? Or is it actually a natural feature of the tooth? It sure is odd looking.

No harm, no foul; I'd recommend that you (and anyone who opened the image link) run a scan, just for safety's sake.

My AVG called it a "fake video program". It may have been present but inert in the listing from which you copied the images.
