Looks like a weathered cobble with cross sections of shells, - the other item, I do not know.

Seems a bit too worn - I am not seeing bone texture, so it could be shell material as well.

If this came from the beach in San Francisco, Kkos has it right. There are plenty of sand dollars there that preserve just like this. The whiter lines would be mosty clams of some sort. Pliocene.
