RomanK
It is quite warm and quietly here today. Last house before the coal spoil is still damaged. I go through the street and start my hunting. This site has brought me a lot of Bothrodendron specimens. One more Then I've found four specimens more. You can see some details of the Bothrodendron stem surface: Stigmaria (probably the Bothrodendron one) A couple of thin branch prints Edited April 26, 2015 by RomanK 1 Roman http://s1143.photobu.../donbassfossil/

Plantguy
Hey Roman, nice to see more great Bothrodendron specimens!!....Appreciate seeing the great closeup photos. Havent played with plant fossils too much lately saw. I did see Tim's Macroneuropteris recent post and Mr. Caleb gave me a some Alethopteris/Neuropteris material recently--thanks again Caleb!. Live plants in the yard are keeping me busy....a small grouping in my side yard shaded mostly under the Oak tree and Cherry Laurel. All sorts of things are under there...Auracaria, Sanseveria, Ficus, Hoya, Hydrangea, Equisetum, various bromeliads (Aechmea and Neoreglia) and ferns including Rumohra, and other goodies Chlorophytum, Orthosiphon, Caladium, Zamioculcas...and some names I just forget.... and one of my favorite plants Tibouchina grandiflora... Large bush/small tree...foliage has large heart shaped leaves with velvety hairs...hoping for it to go into bud soon...and large purple flower heads with touches of red and white in the flowers. Be safe! Regards, Chris
