Please Help, Looks Like A Patella?

I found this fossil outside of Henderson, Texas. I have not been able to identify and would sincerely appreciate any help toward that end. I call it my patella, since that is the closest in shape and size that my fossil resembles.

I don't see any indicators that this is a "patella", or bone, based on these photos. Ironstone concretions are common in your part of the state and some form unusual shapes depending on the amount of sand or silt. This piece looks like part of a sandy ironstone concretion.
