Spanky312 Posted June 22, 2015 Share Posted June 22, 2015 Hi all! Found this this weekend in Surf City, NC while scouring the beach for shark teeth. I thought it was whale bone, but there is a hole bore through it. Not sur if it is whale bone because of that, and if it is, what in the world would drill through the bone like that. I think it is not as flat as most rib bones, though, and small for a whale rib in any case.
