Plesiosaur or Mosasaur perhaps ?

It doesn't look reptilian to me, looks more fish-like. The enamel is too smooth, and I cannot see any striations. But I have never collected there, so let's see what others have to say.

No convinced it's a tooth, Rocky. Being from Ramanessin, it's much more likely a concretion or some kind of mollusk steinkern.

I can ditch the tooth idea easily enough, but I'm having real trouble getting a handle on the alternatives. Any help ?
