What Is The Id Of This Huge Crocodile Tooth Fossil?

Here its a huge crocodile fossil tooth its about 2.5 inches and likely to be from Java, Solo River could it be either from Crocodilus ossifragus or Crocodilus porus?

Good luck finding a Species. I did a Google search on those two names and the images look more like C. Ossifragus. The C. porosus teeth were not as bulky and is a modern crock versus the other one being pleistocene.

Thanks for the info i was curious is this the biggest tooth and longest one in size for C.Ossifragus or are their more impressive ones?

I don't know because I'm not a knowledgeable about this species but if you look at the lower jaw in the attached images yours seems to be one of the larger teeth.

Indeed what a huge whopper of a croc tooth too interestly thats are still people who think its a worn out t-rex tooth because of its huge size and thickness too

I am not a specialist but I have a big croc skull from Java that is probably ossifragus. The biggest tooth looks a lot like your. the part out of the bone is 7cm long

Looks like it would fit nicely in my jaw from Aus too (not saying it's porosus)! There were some big crocs around.
