Oddball Post Oak Creek Micro - Any Id Ideas?

Found this odd claw-like bit today while sorting through gravel from Post Oak Creek. Any ideas as to what this might be?

Tough to say what that may be. I've hunted POC in the past, and was surprised at the variety of stuff in there. Lots of "modern" bones mixed with cretaceous teeth and bones.

Fish fin spine?

Fish fin spine might be a possibility, I've also had "weathered rib" thrown out there. It might be just too banged up to lock down a positive ID.
