JarrodB
Any help with ID is appreciated. Found in North Sulphur River Texas.
frankh8147
Based on the lines in the bone and overall structure, I would go with an Enchodus jaw segment. The part you are holding in your hand looks like what would be the base of the tooth (they are often found broken off, consistent with yours). Nice find! By the way, I saw your other post; you have some awesome baculites there! I really want to dig the North Sulfer myself someday! -Frank Edited August 28, 2015 by frankh8147
JarrodB
Thanks Frank. If you ever head towards NSR I can show you some great spots to find baculites.
