I would take you up on this in a heartbeat but I'm afraid to disappoint you with what I have. I do have a few drool worthy things in the collection, but those would kill me to part with. Let me stew this in my head a bit, I might come up with something:dinosmile:

"Hmm, do I keep what I have or trade it for what's behind door #3?"

The coral age and formation is unlined as it is from Paxos, Greece and there is no documentation online so really I have no idea, that’s what I found interesting:D, just checking you do have the species for most things right?

Plus micro matrix from Yankeetown - but it will take me some time to browse through it and take pictures of what I manage to find :)

Thanks Will :tiphat:, it will be a challenge to go through such matrix - I have never dealt with micro matrix before. I will post photos of the micro fossils from Florida later on.

Just remember the holiday exchange is right around the corner.  You might want to set aside a few items.

Shouldn’t we start organizing that so that everyone can get their package on time? October is coming really soon, so we got a little less than 3 weeks before all the packages need to have arrived at the latest...

There should be plenty of time for shipment.

OK my paleo peeps, time to pump some fresh air into this thread.

Just a short bit ago I proposed a trade with Jason

( @Fossil-Hound). I asked what he wanted and his reply was "shark teeth!"

What I recieved was a plethora of items from Utah, Wyoming, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Washington, Brazil, South Carolina and the UK.

Green River Wyoming fish- Knightias and a real nice Diplomystus ( I was told the little framed fish is to be hung in the loo! ;) )

20200130_181140.jpg

Calvert Cliffs, Maryland- Ecphora, cetacean ear bone, Ray teeth plates, Chesapecten, bivalve, shark teeth.

20200130_181753.jpg

Utah fossils- cephalopod, Brachyaspidion and Agnostid trilobites, native American knapping percussion flakes.

20200130_181451.jpg

Washington- crystallized crab claw in nodule, St. Clair Pennsylvania- fern plate, South Carolina- echinoid, UK-dermal plate.

20200130_182339.jpg

Cut and polished Brazilian agate.

Mr. Anderson,  two members agree to trade, exchange addresses via PM and commence.

A few things you should ask for:

-That items not be trash/ junk rocks.

-You want to coordinate ship times in an attempt to send at relatively the same time so no one member gets their items before the other sends theirs out.

-That you post what is recieved, because that is what we live for. ;)

* It is a blind trade, so no hints as to what is being sent.
