iHeartRivers
Hey guys, I found this fossil yesterday. I'm not a pro at this kind of stuff and need help identifying what it could be. It is roughly 4.25 inches long. Anyways, thanks Pictures: https://m.imgur.com/a/tSfI3 Edited September 27, 2015 by iHeartRivers

ynot
This look more geologic than biologic to Me. Some type of a siltstone maybe. Tony PS Welcome to TFF. abyssunder
In my opinion is not a fossil but something related to the formation of septarian, so I guess is geological. It looks a lot like an animal imprint.
iHeartRivers
Should I try brushing off the sediment to get a better look of the imprint?
Auspex
Neither the imprint nor the entrained clasts give off an organic vibe for me. I think it is some of Ma Nature's geological handiwork. Herb
Looks geologic to me also.
