Rustdee
Definitely not a fossil ape head (although I can see the resemblance). It kind of looks like a piece of limestone. I am not sure if there are smaller fossils embedded in it. Some close up pictures would help. I am very curious though, why the spray paint? abyssunder
Welcome to the Forum! Is a sedimentary rock that may contain fossil fragments. Ludwigia
The rock is also extremely weathered, which accounts for the interesting shape. Greetings from the Lake of Constance. Roger http://www.steinkern.de/
