lou
I am a seller and collector of Fossil clams. Recently I was made aware that there might be a mine in Hastings florida but as yet I have not found it. Does any body else know about this site? Also I have some very nice Yellow calcite fossil clams for sale if any one is interested. Let me know and I will post pictures. These are from Ruck's pit. I have a small business here in Florida and I sell crystals and fossils. The business name is.. The Dragons Hoard. Thanks and hello to everyone, first time here.... Lou. Phoenixflood
Welcome to the forum from MD! You may find people here that will be interested in buying or tradind for some of your fossils of minerals. There is a traders thread on the main page, click on it and it will allow you to set up your own new topic. Hope this helps you out. Love to see what you have. Welcome again! grandpa
Clams are great. I like mine steamed with fries and dark Belgium beer. BTW, did you know that folks in Belgium do NOT call them FRENCH fries (nor freedom fries for that matter). They insist that fried potatoes were invented in Belgium by Belgians. They simply call them fritas. What all of this has to do with fossil clams in Fla. totally escapes me. A senior moment. Grandpa

lou
Thank you all for the welcome. I sometimes get incredible fossils and I will use the thread. I will also have plenty of questions. Right now I want to ask about ammonites and orthocerras and their apparent fakes. Is it true that most fossils coming outta Morroco are fakes?
