Fossil fragment from Iran, Conulariid?

I got this rock sample from my mineralogist friend. The sample is from Iran (exact location unknown) one of their phosphate mines/deposits. Sample contains a fossil but what it is actually. I know it is a tiny fragment of a larger fossil but can you tell what it is. I´ve done some research and the only close enough species that I´ve found is conulariid but not sure if it is it, there are some differences... Thank you for your help!

I agree! Just to mention, from the Eocene of Iran is known Lophoranina persica (Withers,1932).
