Ptychodus Anonymous? shark tooth

Found this cool tooth in nice condition. I still get confused with the Ptychodus. Eagle Ford group, far north Texas, 86-90 mya. What say you?

Could the tooth be from the basal Atco Formation of the Austin Group? It looks more like a Ptychodus mammillaris to me. According to Welton and Farish 1993, P. anonymus has approximately 12 fine transverse ridges and is usually less than 1 cm in greatest dimension with a 14 mm maximum size.
