Some gastropod specimens I collected in Western PA. in December in calcareous shale (Ames Limestone- Pennsylvanian) . Can you help with the genus IDs? Thanks.

Trepospira, Strobeus, Goniasma, I believe.

Take a look at my gallery labeled "Finis Shale"

I was just out there last weekend and it is always a crowd pleaser. BTW, if you use the Dallas Paleo Society's book on this: "Pennsylvanian Fossils of North Texas," you will be glad to know that the revision to that is now available on Amazon.com called "Color Guide to Pennslvanian Fossils of North Texas" by Mark McKinzie. I haven't seen a copy yet but plan to get one.
