I can definitely see the vert now that it's pointed out! Mike and Mike are leading experts in Cretaceous marine reptiles, so their word is as close to gospel as possible on this topic!

No guns for me either. A friend of mine found an H&K 9mm in a creek in Carrollton a few years ago. I never find anything but fossils! Maybe I'm too focused.

You never know what you will find. Monday I'm helping a friend retrieve this Civil War grave marker he found at a NSR creek. We are working on getting it back where it belongs.

I haven't come across anything but trash in my hunts outside of fossils. Well beside antler and bovine skulls which became home décor! Nice and even nicer on the intent to return.
