Is this Peace River bone identifiable?

Hoping to get an ID on a few more bones over time but do realize they are broken in certain areas... May make it difficult or impossible to ID. Here is one of them. Any comments or thoughts appreciated. :) From the Peace River.

That is a partial spine from a large mammal vertebrae. I'm not too sure if you can get a species from such a small chunk, but I'm always amazed by the knowledge on here.

It looks like a partial spinous process. Hard to say beyond that....

Well thank you both! How large would the mammal have been I wonder? Any suggestions as to possible species based on size? I am just happy to have an ID for this one but large and mammal excites my imagination. lol. Any other comments are more than welcome. :)
