JohnJ
The Winner of the January 2016 Vertebrate Find Of The Month is the Dracoraptor hanigani associated dinosaur bones from the Jurassic Lower Lias (Hettangian Stage) of South Wales, U.K.! Congratulations to Nick (Welsh Wizard) on the discovery of additional associated bones from his newly published dinosaur! The competing entries would likely have been winners any other month, but the votes for this Jurassic find were overwhelming. Thank you to all other members that voted and entered into the contest. Welsh Wizard
Thank you everyone who voted for the fossil. It's certainly been an interesting couple of years. Elliot, I'm glad you like the name. It was named after the Welsh Dragon that's shown in my avatar. Nick
