Morning thinking about going out to jacksboro for the 1st time, anyone heading out there or want to provide some tips?

Or maybe you're hitting up other DFW sites today? Im torn between jacksboro and mineral wells 2 sites ive never hunted or my usual denton/post oak creek hunting spots...suggestions my friends?

Both are extremely rich with fossils. Maybe a better chance of finding trilobites at Mineral Wells Fossil Park and it is a bit easier to get to.

Hey thanks for the reply. I actually ended up there. Will post some pics, found a trilo and a shark tooth and a crinoid cup!

For Jacksboro I recommend taking a wagon or a nice backpack. That hike from the parking spot to the site is longer than it looks. Especially when coming back loaded for bare.
