Hello,

Here are some photos from my beach collecting trip at N Myrtle Beach SC/Cherry Grove Beach SC. I'm pretty sure most of my shells in the photos are modern shells and not fossils but I grouped them all together for the photos! I was hoping for more sharks teeth but it was fun trip none the less. Weather was great!

I do have some questions about some of them but I'm guessing I should post that in the fossil ID section?

This was my favorite find even though its broken! It looks to me to be a crab claw?

Yes on the crab claw and the Crow shark / Squalicorax.

#11 Great White

#12 Sand shark

#13,14,15 Carcharhinus - possibly Bull shark. 13 and 14 look modern-ish.

#16 and 17 Lemon shark

#18 may be a Lemon or a lower Carcharhinus. Can't tell from the pic.

Thanks y'all! I can't wait for my next trip. I'm checking out the Aurora Fossil Museum spoil piles in a few weeks and hoping to plan my first trip to Green's Mill Run soon. Then I'm back to SC in September! :D
