Troodon Posted March 23, 2016 Share Posted March 23, 2016 Just posted on our favorite auction site is a: 2.25 inch CARCHARODONTOSAURUS Dinosaur tooth, with root. Here we have a tooth that has strong indications that the root has either been heavily restored or completely fabricated. I tend to lean toward the latter. The tooth is only 1 inch. The sellers description includes the following: "Like most fossilized dinosaur teeth, this tooth shows some repair or restoration work done on it."
