Hi there. Im new here and im from Greece.

So once again two days ago i went for hiking in the mountain. Almost everytime i find sea urchin fossils there. (Never found anything else like a shell fossil) . However more than 4 years ago i also found a strange "rock" and luckily the last time i found an exactly same "rock" again. I really have no idea what this is. It seems like a vertebra - spondyl to me. I hope you guys can help me because im really really curious. I hope these pictures are good enough for you to find out

Looks to be Rudist bivalve fragments. post-17588-0-66832500-1461667093_thumb.jpgpost-17588-0-12491500-1461667100_thumb.jpg Possibly Durania austinensis.

You guys are amazing :D Pretty quick and accurate answer. I hoped this was something of dinosaur :)

Im trying to find the greek word for "Rudist" with no luck yet. This species dont exists these days, am i correct?

Im sending you some pictures of the sea urchins. These are two of the best i have found. Most of them are broken or not formed well.

What else could i possibly find in this area full of urchins ?
