ScienceDaily (May 15, 2009) — The discovery of a gruesome feeding frenzy that played out 73 million years ago in northwestern Alberta may also lead to the discovery of new dinosaur species there.

This is good work. Changing habitat is the engine of adaptive radiation, and the fauna is part of the habitat. It will take a large sample size to draw the conclusions firmly, but the theory is sound.
