Harry Pristis
The bone appears to be a bovid (cow) proximal phalanx. http://pristis.wix.com/the-demijohn-page What seest thou else In the dark backward and abysm of time? ---Shakespeare, The Tempest
abyssunder
The bones are not permineralized, the color is lighter than the pleistocene bones of Germany. I agree with Harry.
