Strepsodus
Hi. Here are some Artisia plant fossils I found in West Yorkshire, UK. I rarely find them these days but I used to collect in a quarry which was full of them. The quarry was closed many years ago and left open for a while but it is now used for farm animals. Please post pictures of your best Artisia fossils. Thanks, Daniel
Fossildude19
Neat finds, Daniel. I don't have any of these, unfortunately. paleoflor
Great specimens! Herewith an example from the Bolsovian of southern Belgium. This specimen measures about 13 cm in width, so it probably came from the basal part of a quite large cordaitalean (though the specimen is also somewhat flattened, which suggests the original "pith" was less than 13 cm in diameter). Tim Searching for green in the dark grey.
