Help id (Bath County KY)

In the brachiopod photo, I was wanting to know if anyone might have an idea what the white part is? I have no idea what the second item is, the third may be some type of sponge.The nearest formation is the Brassfield.

First two pics are the mold of a Rugose coral cup. All those lines used to be filled in and surrounded by a cup. The coral lived in the cup and squeezed it's body into the space between the lines so that it didn't fall out.

The next two pictures might be some sort of Byrozoan, again a mold as the original calcitic material is dissolved away. The last piece I am not sure about. It could be geological in origin.
