benandsam808
Found in New Buffalo, MI on shore of Lake Michigan. Fossil was loose and was in the sand. The area was a beach. If this is a crinoid what type is it? It looks like it's from the stem and was split in half.

Fossildude19
It looks like a bisected crinoid stem. Not sure there is enough there to make a species level ID. benandsam808
Very interesting Benandsam88, do you have a view from the end? all the best, Ben Yes I do, I just took these. Sorry about the resolution, if you need me to retake one I can, I'm charging my camera battery. I linked you to it below cause I can't find an upload button on the reply options. The fossil has lots of little straight lines going across the short way, and one line going up in the middle. https://twitter.com/brouxRBLX/status/760189742097006592
