I fortunately have contact with one of the best coral paleontologists, who has brought me up to date on the Cunnolites/Cyclolites thing. First of all, Cunnolites is indeed still valid, although he doesn't have a very high opinion of Fossilworks. Cunnolites and Cyclolites are seen as synonyms, so it's so far only a matter of opinion which you want to call them. A group of experts is apparently working on the Gosau fauna at this point, so perhaps we shall get a reasonable answer to the question in the future.
