Not a T Rex tooth.

I just saw this today on an auction site in Europe,Tooth is described as a Quote ' Good quality Tyrannosaurus tooth from the Hell Creek Formation. Original US Tyrannosaurus teeth can easily be recognised as they are considerably thicker than the African teeth and they have a curving serration line. The tooth has perfect serrations and is in very good condition. Just some minor erosion that has been restored on the tip part on one side

Tyrannosaurus Rex, also called ‘King of the Dinosaurs’, was a gigantic carnivore, that could reach up to 14 meters in height and weighed up to 8,000 kilos. It walked on strong, high hind legs, keeping its horizontal and wide torso in balance using its short and heavy tail. Its arms were extremely small. It attacked its prey with its large heavily-built head. Armed with long teeth and heavy muscles, the jaws could exert a massive bite force. Tyrannosaurus hunted for large herbivorous dinosaurs.'
This is Not a Rex tooth but in fact much rarer but I suppose calling it a T Rex from the Hell Creek in the mind of the seller will increase the price, ... it is actually a tooth from an Archosaur from Madagascar known as Razandrongobe, which was a super predator from the Jurassic, which is currently described as an Archosaur but from what i am told it could be very well an early Tyrannosaurid but this is not a T Rex. A Rex does not have any striations on the crown which this clearly has and also the tip looks to be heavily restored as almost all Razandrongobe teeth found have tip damage to the ornament as this was a scavenger/species,almost all teeth have damage to the crown tip,

Wow that indeed is a weird tooth and the resto on the tip has really distorted it. Not sure what it is. Thanks for the post.

That same auction site has this claw for sale and interesting enough they claim it's from Madagascar and it's the same color as the tooth. This item is being sold has a Jurassic Dinosaur Claw from a Raptor. I can say for sure it's not dinosaurian or from a raptor. There are no blood grooves which is typical of a theropod and the morphology is just not right. No idea what it is.
