Fossil or suggestive rock?

Jaded vision

I found this at Hampton butte this summer and wonder if it could be some type of fossilized eggs attached to petrified wood, it differs from most botryoidal agate I've seen in that there is such a defined line between the agate and the wood also there are impressions where these round things either fell out or didn't turn to stone. The fact that it's attached to a fossil has me curious if they may also be fossilspost-22213-0-70010900-1472060764.jpegpost-22213-0-93772000-1472060780.jpegpost-22213-0-97979900-1472060797.jpegpost-22213-0-36934400-1472060814.jpegpost-22213-0-67892900-1472060825.jpeg

Can you tell us what else you found there to give us an idea as to the environment of these fossils?

Hampton butte is in central eastern Oregon it's a public rock collecting area mostly petrified wood and a little bit of agate and jasper. I'll try to post some bigger pics but I need to take some time to figure out how
