A few finds from my first trip to Point A Dam

I finally made it to Point A and can scratch one off my bucket list after successfully finding some teeth:) It was a slow start since this was my fist time and I was unsure of areas to search but after a while I started to locate some teeth and a few other small things that I am unsure of. I spent the afternoon here and had a blast. I will definitely return sometime hopefully in the near future. We found around 40 teeth but only half or so are complete,or at least I think lol. I would like to see if anyone could help me to identify a few of them.

Hi.  On the first picture the top row are Ray teeth, other than the one on the right which looks like bone, and the one second to the right which may be a ray tooth but I think it's a ray tail spine.

Thank you for the quick response Daniel. I found these really quite interesting to look at when I found them. The detail is pretty cool. I had wished I could find bigger pieces.

Nice teeth :)

Every single fossil you see is a miracle set in stone, and should be treated as such.

Keep looking and you will. Not bad for a first trip to a place.

Hi, Hunter from Pensacola.  I lived in Navarre 15 years before moving back to Texas recently. Hunted Point-A dam many times with a friend, found many interesting fossils. If you would like, check out my gallery Alabama Echinoids and Shark Teeth, have some of the teeth identified, need to add more...............Tom

Would anyone be able to recommend some resources that I could utilize to attempt to identify some of these teeth? I plan to make a return trip but I was hoping to know what at least a couple of these are before I go back. Some of the internet sites I have found have not been very helpful but I may not be searching the correct things. Thank you for any advice!

on elasmo.com go to faunas then click on L.Cret.Miss. (late cretaceous mississippi) this fauna should be very close. also the Black Creek fauna should be close also.
