Fossil location

Hello, and Welcome to the Forum. :)

I am not local, however,  with a quick Google search, ... I was able to scare up quite a bit of information about what appear to be numerous plant localities in the Verdi region.

I found this PDF which may be helpful, especially the plates near the end.

This is also something you should read:

Part of fossil collecting is doing research, reading allot of literature, and putting in the time and effort to go out and look for sites.

You may consider joining a rock/mineral/fossil club, to get access to people who are local, and who may be willing to share information with you.

Also, access to otherwise restricted quarries and private sites that as an individual you would never be able to access.

Good luck. :)

Regards,
