 Fair warning... unless they did something about it since I was last there, the Travis St. bridge entrance has a nasty dropoff that will let cars IN, but not out without a fight. 4WD vehicles should be OK.

I was out on POC last night gathering gravel for this weekend.  I'd be there Sunday morning but I'm on-call this weekend so it's a no go for me.  Plenty to find....best of luck with the new screens.

Great time and found lots of stuff.

4 families showed up and all the kids had a great time.

I convinced a few of the people they should join TFF and we can expect them to be on here soon.

Two mossy verts were collected by one single guy who hit the upper area of the Travis street bridge.

We can expect his join soon as well.

I my self found ~ 50 teeth and two species of coral.

Plenty of bone frags and some assorted stuff that the kids were happy to put in their bag.

One such was a partial bison leg bone with obvious predation damage. Goodly bite marks. 

Wildchild had a ball chasing frogs and other critters. She did manage a few nice finds as well.

I will post some pics of my take later when the opportunity to take some pics comes my way.
