Please help identify- tubular fossils with crystals

Have been unable to identify. Found near Seattle, WA in a residential area so is possible it's non-native. Thinking this is a plant due to the inner patterns? Or could it be burrows? There are so many on this rock!

Thank you for any help pointing me in the right direction.

It's a colonial coral; each of the tubes is a separate corallite.  I doubt it's "native" to the area as there are no local rock formations that are known to produce such specimens.  It reminds me of some Triassic corals I have collected on Vancouver Island, and there are localities that could produce such fossils in eastern Washington and Oregon.  To really ID the specimen, though, you would need to cut and polish sections so you could see the internal structures.  I doubt you'll want to do that, and anyway it's a nice looking specimen as it is.

Welcome to the Forum !
They are not burrows, but a nice collonial rugose coral. I agree with Don. https://www.google.com/search?q=rugose+corals&biw=1360&bih=612&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiCntHzxr_PAhXFVywKHapPAyUQ_AUIBigB
