I see a Bird head

Hello

I found this on one of my trips to Colorado. I see a birds head but I am not sure. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Where was this found, and what are the measurements?

EDIT: My first impression was fish - but it could be bird. 
I think more prep may need to be done to ascertain an ID.

Well that definitely looks like some kind of skull. It does vaguely resemble a bird skull. but I agree with Fossildude19 that it might be a fish skull.

 

And yeah, closeups might help with identification as well as further prep of the fossil.

 

Also, are those teeth I see on the middle left of the photo?

Do you have the other half of it?

And likewise, Where was this found?

Formation would be helpful, but we can work with the City name!

Looks more like the thin flaky nature of fish bone to me, too....

Thank You for all the information. I found this on Baculite Mesa in Pueblo Colorado. I can post close up pictures this weekend of the bone. I do not have any more pieces this is all that I found. I am very new to collecting so I need all the help I can get.

Apparently, the area is a Cretaceous Pierre Shale exposure.

Fish might make more sense. 

 

We should see what @jpc has to say about this.
