Hi 

This is wood fossil?

Age: Jurassic ,Oxfordian

Location: Skałki Twardowskiego , Kraków , Southern Poland

I only know Devonian rock, but any wood I've found in the Middle or Upper Devonian looks nothing like that. The material looks more like calcite, the make of brachiopod shells, honestly.

It could be a piece of petrified wood (cast), but I do not see the structure that I would expect for that.  I think it looks more like quartz mixed with a mica schist.

I'm by no means an expert, but I'm also leaning toward schist.

 

Circled might be a garnet, which would fit with schist.
