Guest solius symbiosus

Upon closer inspection of a Brachiopod (Hebertella sp) that I found last week, it appears that there are a couple of Cornulites encrusting the thing. The focus isn't that great.

The scale is about 4 or 5 mm.

'Epifauna' on brachiopods can be fascinating. I've made a collection of them over the years. Sometimes I'll put a brach under the scope and find something new.
