judgesteve
Hello all. Another find from my recent trip which remained in situ. I am still searching for my first bone find or confirmed sea reptile I.D. So here goes. I am hoping this is a vertebrae from an ichthyosaur... Fingers crossed. TNCollector
Besides poking out a little bit, I don't see anything that differentiates the "bone" with the surrounding material. I think it is geologic in origin, or perhaps an ichnofossil, but not a bone. I don't know the area at all though, so I could very well be wrong
StormDancer
I think its in the wrong type of rock. Just a suggestive shape I believe.
