I would say no, but it could be a trace fossil. (clam borings?).

I'm a total amateur. Fossils just fascinate me so I couldn't say what it is.

I agree with Tony. Mostly sandstone by the looks of it, but maybe the indentations are burrow traces. They could however be recent. It's certainly quite eroded anyway. Where did you find it?

They looks like clavate borings in a hard substrate, such as a limestone cobble, reminding me of Gastrochaenolites .
