Can we please get shots from multiple angles? 

 

Can you see any cancellous bone structure (spongy looking voids)?

I'm not a bone person, but it looks like limestone with a thin covering of desert patina. There are some nicked areas that show bright beige coming through, and that reminds me of marine limestone.

But get more opinions. The overall shape might be a clue that I'm missing on.

I don't recognize a bony structure in this.

Although it has the vague shape of a vertebrea it does not show the details or characteristics of bone. I agree with the others that it is a rock.
